Hiring a new employee involves many things, and one of the most important is giving both the candidate and their family and overview of the community, the housing landscape, and ultimately finding a suitable accommodation to rent or buy.

As a full time Relocation & Rental Services Office that specialized in all real estate transactions, we know rental assistance is a major need. It would be a pleasure to assist your organization in creating a smooth transition for your new employees to our area.

Our valuable Corporate Relocation Program includes researching the entire rental marketplace to access inventory that your employees may not find on their own.  Examples of the rental inventory can be found on this website by clicking on the Featured Rental Listings button in the menu on the left.

It can be challenging to a quality rental property, however, we have developed a very unique service that provides a personalized approach to finding that suitable rental property.  Our inventory is accessed through our extensive relationships with private landlords and property management companies, who are selective in how they advertise their vacancies; as they want to access our client base.

The program has no minimal requirements.  You are welcome to use it whether you have one or one hundred transferred employees each year.  Each candidate will receive a full relocation information packet which can be referred to in your employment confirmation package.

Some of the highlights of the program include:

• When the candidate visits the area, our relocation team is available to give an area tour; including showing communities, points of interest and highlights of the city.  Our relocation team is prepared to answer any questions or concerns with employee and/or their family may have as they consider planning a move to Oregon.
• Once the decision to make the move has been made, our relocation team will work with your employee to find that perfect rental property.  Guiding them through the entire process from start to finish, beginning with scheduling appointments to see each rental property that we have matched to their rental requirements.
• Our department will provide any new employee with rental options specific to their rental requirements. For example; we partner with a full service corporate housing company for all your temporary and/or short term furnished housing needs.
• We specialize in matching your employee, based on a thorough Needs Assessment, with the apartment, home, and condominium that will perfectly suit their needs.  These rentals include both long and short term unfurnished leases, options to buy, and pet-friendly rental homes.
